Re: Usage meter showing zeo

I don't think it is fixed. My usage meter is showing zero usage on 01/05/2014....it's not fixed yet. It's showing Zero usage (on all categories) for me on my ADSL2 service on 1 May - then there is usage reflected for 2 May onwards Can someone have a look at this please - or confirm that the 1 May u...

Thanks
Not a big surprise really - why leave if you're getting good service and competitive packages?

Re: Years of Service Discount

About the same number, but it is impossible to track if our early customers are still with us, any modification to an old service created a new customer ID/record. James - Thanks - wouldn't there be a record of how many are receiving the Pioneer discount these days? (if its commercially sensitive t...

Re: You want twice for less?

My service moved to the ExeSim SAVER ok today and I am being invoiced correctly for it
My ported service to Live Connected is now live with them and that service has been cancelled and not invoiced for May

So mission accomplished in terms of the changes I wanted to achieve

Re: Years of Service Discount

Exetel - are you able to share how many of us Pioneers still exist? Clearly I'm very pleased to have been an early adopter and have enjoyed almost a decade long relationship with Exetel - last time I saw a number published there were 258 Pioneers still with Exetel - but that was sometime ago How man...

Exetel Flying High - First Advertising?

Did anyone else in Sydney see the big Exetel advertising banner hanging off a helicopter around lunchtime today in North West Sydney today? Seems they are looking to raise their profile Quite different for a company that has certainly not advertised much in their first decade in the market - Is this...

Re: Moving mobile services to another company

When a move away to another provider is made in the middle of a billing cycle is a pro rata refund of the remaining period of the month given? - or is it forfeited?
Or do I just wait to activate the new service with the other provider until the end of the month?

Re: You want twice for less?

Sorry to move even one service away from Exetel - as a Pioneer I like to support them - but I can see in this case Optus have made changes to the deals they have with their resellers and increased prices or decreased entitlements But one ex Z15 has been ported to Live Connected Rapid29 plan - I need...

Re: Stop "PremierPlayers Club" spam emails PLEASE

Hats off to Exetel - the large number of spam emails I was getting on one of my many exemail.com.au addresses has stopped - or at least is barely a trickle
Not sure if it was something Exetel did or if it was some bots or hosts taken out but I'm sure happy to be almost spam free

Re: New 'M' plans (existing mobile customer)

I'm exploring the new 'M' mobile plans that now appear in my ' Mobile Change Plan ' options. Specifically, what does the column " New Usage(Upload + Download) per Mbyte " mean ?
