We have begun strictly enforcing rules for the "Sender" field already specified within our HTTP API Document. HTTP API Documentation Section 1.1 The name or number of the SMS sender that will appear on the destination mobile handset. Restricted to 11 alphanumeric characters or 15 numerical character...

Currently there is no issue with the fax platform.
If you have a specific fault I suggest emailing residentialsupport@exetel.com.au as it cannot be resolved via the forum. If you have indeed already emailed support, then please be patient.

All faxes should be processed now. There was a delay from approximately 6:30am.
There was also a delay on email notifications which was pushed through.

I have identified an issue and resolved it. Previous faxes submitted have been purged and must be resubmitted.

Hi Rob,
You can remove the 0011 as we only use country code.
So as an example, sending to an Australian mobile such as 0400000000. If I wanted to enter it as an International mobile number I would enter 61400000000
