Re: Fax Inbound Upgrades

Hi Geoff,

Apologies, we've identified interstate numbers still experiencing issues.
At this stage we're speaking with our supplier on re-routing calls differently to increase the quality as configurations are required on both ends.

Re: Email2Fax - Confirmation problem

OK. Just to clarify where I think you've gone wrong though this maybe not be the case. The first step is to register the email address that you want to send emails (to be received as faxes) from. What this means it that you are not making a new email address (jbrown@exemail.com.au) instead you are r...

Re: Email2Fax - Confirmation problem

When you refer to setting up an email address, is the domain name @exetel.com.au, @fax.exemail.com.au or @exemail.com.au?

Re: Suspicious.AD detected in exeSMS

Hi, Can this is the first instance that I've come across a virus being detected and can assure users that there is no virus placed within the software. If one or more files on your computer have been classified as having a Suspicious.AD threat, this indicates that the files have suspicious character...

Re: ADD on bounus packs

Hi,

I understand what you are referring too.
As the VP4 pack applies to all VOIP numbers under one customer account and not a single VoIP number we'll add an additional information bar at the end of the usage page to simply display the remaining minutes.

Re: ADD on bounus packs

Hi,
Made a suggestion a couple of weeks ago that as there is now a 50 minute threshold on the VP4 pack it would be useful to be able to see total mobile minutes to date as well as number of calls, have not received any response.
This should already conveyed in the usage meter.

Re: Please Use This Thread To Advise Exetel Of Typos/Errors

Hi Lawrie, If you have lodged a ticket then please do not reproduce the exact same text in the forum. As you have advised, you are unhappy. You have created a complaint ticket and escalated the issue which you have every right to do and I have no problem with. Copying and pasting the contents of tha...

Re: Emal to Fax Quality

Can you send the exact same pdf to 0280301000 so I can view the quality?

It'll be free of charge because it's the Exetel in bound fax number.

Re: MoIP + SMS over IP...Finally Released

It's in your HSPA members facility
For existing HSPA customers, you must order it from your User Facilities. It can be found from the left-menu under VoIP -> Exetel MOIP
Saw the edited response. This post is redundant.

Re: ADD on bounus packs

Hi All, Can anyone advise me, If I choose the Value added Pack (eg. VP1 100 VoIP local national VoIP calls for $5.00 per month $5.00 100 CALLS $0.10 Per CALL) and I have more than one VoIP DID (one ADSL and two HSPA accounts), how do I know which DID the 100 calls will apply to? Or, will the 100 cal...

Re: MoIP + SMS over IP...Finally Released

That would not be entirely accurate.
There are more slight modifications front-end and back-end made but none to necessitate a major or minor version increase.

The main feature of being able to use VoIP and send SMS remain the same.

Re: MoIP + SMS over IP...Finally Released

Hi,

The current version is still version 1.01(0) with APSServer version 2.40(3).

If you downloaded the software earlier, you'll notice that there is no longer a security warning during installation in regards to the software being unverified.

Re: Replying to an EXESMS message

Hi, I'll reiterate that it does not matter what version of exeSMS you use. The encoding is exactly the same. It uses HTTPS and if you look at your User Facility the destination numbers are exactly the same as before. Again, I repeat it means very little what application that you use. Since this is a...
