Changing HSPA plans under contract
I'm setting up a client with HSPA as a backup at a new site. It will be on the HSPA WI A on a 24 month contract. As it's going to take a few weeks to get a line added to the new site, I'd like to start them on the HSPA WI D. Then move them back down to the HSPA WI A plan when the ADSL comes online. ...

Re: ADSL2+ ANNEX M
Now that Powertel is offering annex M survives (iiNet offer it to business customers now), can Exetel start offering it on their PTL plans?

Porting on powertel
I have a client currently using iiNet on the TNBY (Thornbury VIC) exchange. This exchange is currently capped (no more ports). They have their phone service with Telstra. If they apply for an Exetel PTL B plan, will this effectively be a rapid transfer? Will they keep their current Powertel port or ...

Re: PAYU plans in user facilities
Just noticed that the PAYU plans have been made available from within the user facilities.
However when you try to apply for the ADSL1 PAYU plans, the form shows the original plans twice. Rather than showing the option of applying for the PAYU plans as advertised.

Re: VOIP lag on outgoing calls
I have upgraded to the beta firmware. http://www.exetel.com.au/files/cfe-rta1046vw_sip_au-v364m_a2pb023k.zip I have been running it on multiple routers for a week now and it seems to have resolved the lag problem. Occasionally when changing router setting after installing the new firmware it locks u...

Re: PAYU plans in user facilities
Could we please have a revised time line for this being added? I have 2 clients that want to move to these plans and it's been months since it was announced.

All of the international VOIP call rates on the Exetel website are coming up as 0.00 or are blank.

Re: VOIP lag on outgoing calls
I'm happy to help with any testing. I've got 3 of these modems ( I've replaced them all with billions out of frustration ), but would like to help get them working with exetel VOIP. I don't really like have $450 worth of hardware just sitting here collecting dust.

Re: VOIP lag on outgoing calls
Yes logger support tickets multiple times, have had support log into modem remotely on a number of occasions. It's been of no help and I've been spun the same line about them just selling the things. I'm feeling the same way you are. These modem are running on both adsl2+ and 8M adsl 1 with both cor...
