Fill in an application for the move of address in the user facilities.

I'm not sure about the Telstra bit, hopefully someone can let you know if there are any steps.

G'day Soaper, Ju...

Re: still slow

things still haven't improved . Its just so unusable, something that used to load in 10 seconds can take 5 minutes ,when will it be fixed , will it be fixed, it isn't listed as fault on service status.Exetel had a good name by me but that is now being tested severely. Did you PM david_h? That is the...

Thank you for your final opinion. In my case, I still recommend Exetel as one of Australia's best ISPs. If you think 3 will do a better job of it, that's fine. I have heard on Whirlpool that the service that 3 offers has quite a lot of problems and that is why I prefer to stay with Exetel. Cheap, gr...

Is there any firewall programs on your XP computer that could possibly be blocking entry?

This is a common problem among networking.

Have you added any new phones to your line?

Have you made any changes to your lines that may have caused this?

Have you tried an isolation test? If so, was it any better with speed?

As far as I know, Daylight Savings will affect you if you are in a state other than AEDST (New South Wales / Victoria) For example, if you live in Brisbane, when daylight savings starts in NSW on October 31st, your download periods will be 11pm - 11am for off peak and 11am - 11pm for peak. Could som...

Thank you to CLoSeR for providing this answer to a similar question posted in another thread. This should explain your question. If they require 30 days notice, perhaps you can give them notice of your intention to change providers. But please ensure they don't schedule a disconnection of your curre...

Forget about your old application - it has failed and you will not be charged anything regarding the old application. Now, in regard to churn, the only difference with churning is that you normally do not have to pay the new connection fee as they just do a quick change at your local exchange. You w...
