Re: Setting up fax to email

Hi there, Exetel's Fax to Email allows you to purchase a DID number for a fax number at $1 per month in order to receive faxes. When the faxes are received, they are automatically converted to PDF format and emailed to your provided email address(es). You can order the service here: https://www.exet...

Re: Call Waiting

Call Waiting does work on our VoIP service, but I don't know how to switch between calls either.

Hanging up on the first call will allow the second call to ring through, but I have no idea if there is a way to have the two active with switching.

Re: hexadecimal.asc11

Have you tried the old trick of adding a dollar sign ($) or quotation marks ("key") on the key before entering the key in the Mac?

e.g. With a security key of abcd1234, enter into the Mac as $abcd1234 or "abcd1234".

Re: No APN?

Thanks, James. Would that void my warranty? The website notes that its purpose is "Change your APN without breaking your iPhone" so I'm assuming all it is doing is creating a new APN profile on the phone, in that case, no. and, jailbreaking your iPhone would take more steps than just downloading on...

Re: how do I call forward my home VOIP number to my mobile phone

I just discovered when setting the ata to "forward when busy" and the forwarding number is entered into the ata and into the web admin it behaves as if "forward when no answer" and the call is forwarded after about 10 rings. This is the only config how I get call forward to work. Entering the forwa...

Re: how do I call forward my home VOIP number to my mobile phone

No, it's definitely not that.

I've just tried to test the forwarding for VoIP and the call doesn't even connect, just goes to a busy tone. I've entered by mobile number both plain and with the +614 beginning, with no luck at all.

Perhaps one of the engineers can look into the problem?

Re: Beta firmware for NB9WMAXX

Hi all, Just been reading a bit about firmware upgrades for the NB9WMAXX. I only recently got mine last week and it shows the current firmware is D111-S306NCM-C02_R03. Could someone please confirm if the version that MartinV posted on Sept 10 (D111-S306NCM-C01_R04) is the latest version, and should...
