Wow, fast work.

How long until you change the OT* plans on member facilities to the new OT*C plans from the front page?
Thanks :)

They will be in the Members Facilities on the first of next month. That's usually the case with most new plans that come out.

Re: Beware Exetel plan change con!!

I will think of something to avoid this in the near future but please bear with us. perhaps if the user agreement that is agreed to could do a scrape of the plan with details etc as tabled on the main site and inserted as part of the process, not sure how feasible that would be but having the info ...

Re: Please Use This Thread To Advise Exetel Of Typos/Errors

As per https://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=293&t=36877&start=0 (or better still, https://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?p=281279#p281279), the user facility "Change service" pages do not list off-peak times. This can could be (as has been, in the case of that thread) construed as decepti...

Re: Beware Exetel plan change con!!

This was not meant to "con" people. We removed it because we have a lot of pages we need to update with the new peak and offpeak times every time there is a plan change. Sometimes pages would be accidentally missed and it was causing even more problems with people accusing us of "false" advertising ...

Re: Please Use This Thread To Advise Exetel Of Typos/Errors

Unfortunately Shady, "Specials" is in a Flash object. It doesn't display at all on many browsers, even with a Flash plugin active. This was all covered when the Flash controversy was on a couple of years ago. It would be better if a non-flash format were used somewhere else as well. I actually had ...

Re: Please Use This Thread To Advise Exetel Of Typos/Errors

I can't find these links on the main page? Can you give me the link to the page that contains these links? Sorry, should've been more specific...... 1. Go to http://exetel.com.au. 2. Click on "Residential" - top left in the clouds. http://www.exetel.com.au/res_main.php opens. 3. Left side of Page u...

Re: Please Use This Thread To Advise Exetel Of Typos/Errors

On the main page, the scrolling specials list proclaims "Free Wireless Broadband with every ADSL2 connection". Clicking on "More" takes you to http://www.exetel.com.au/wireless-special-100526.php, which states "No Charge Wireless Broadband Service" Clicking on "Click here to view the plan prices" =...

Re: Please Use This Thread To Advise Exetel Of Typos/Errors

Just upgraded from ADSL1 to ADSL2 via Telstra on the TE-2D plan. On the https://www.exetel.com.au/members/change_service_plan.php page, it lists the various ADSL2 plans, then a heading that says "PLUS a Free Wireless Broadband service with the plans above". I applied for the TE-2D plan and selected...

Re: Mobile broadband prepaid recharge options missing

I recharge my prepaid mobile broadband every 3 months (or earlier if I use all my allowance) with this recharge option: R2000 $30.00 2 gbytes 90 Days Today I was sent an email telling me my credit has expired, and I can choose from the following options to recharge: R0550 $15.00 550 mbytes 30 Days ...
