Re: VoIP Dialling Problem
When you access the PAP2T in your web browser, eg 192.168.X.XXX/admin/advanced,Wartai wrote: Port forwarded is 5060
the registration: Registration State: Online (this what u mean ?)
then on the 'info' page it tells you your registration status.
You also probably need RTP ports 16384 - 16482 forwarded as well.

Re: Speedtest.net Sydney vs Auckland NZ
It's not really an issue, I am interested more than anything why I would get 12mbit to Auckland NZ when I only get 8.5 to 9mbit to Sydney which is only 50 miles away. Of course the ping times to Auckland are higher. I get similar discrepancies, must be the optusnet server. Try the server at Tuggera...

Re: VoIP Dialling Problem
If it helps, you can use the following dial plan: |<:0011612>[89]xxxxxxx|<02:0011612>[89]xxxxxxx| which replaces 02 with / or adds 0011612. Hmmm! Would this also be applied to Pennytel in the gateway which I use to dial overseas? NO, as it only applies to your Line 1 account. With your dial plan of...

Re: VoIP Dialling Problem
Sorry but I missed this post, no probs with pennytel in the gateway and now I've removed exetel as line 1, penntel is working normally there as well. Can't try exetel in the gateway as calls need registering. Sounds good then, your hardware and setup must be working fine. Exetel seem to be working ...
