Thanks Tim, I have a linksys ATA SPA3102 with exetel on line1 amd Pennytel in the gateway. Even with the changes you've suggested I still get that blessed engaged tone when making calls and end up getting charged when the person on the other end answers :cry: but no conversation can come about. So ...

Hello, Is there any extra charge per minute if I dial 1-800-222-1811 from my voip phone, to the US. This is to united states postal service, it is a free call in the US. Would I be charged anything extra for calling this number from my voip phone to the US? Yes you would. Because to get this number...
