I would be using ADSL2+.

Re: VoIP Going Straight to Voicemail w/o Ringing. Possible?

I believe all the Linksys ATAs (at least the SPA3102) are able to cater for your needs. You can set up Exetel as a gateway for dialling out, and have nothing for "Line1" so it does not register to any sip servers. I don't know where you referenced the above information, but I believe by entering yo...

Re: ADSL2+ appropriate speed?

You mean this is not normal? I haven't thoroughly tested it over time, but I've started to in the last week...... I've noticed that at around 10pm AEST, my download speeds drop dramatically too. The following is from exetel's "Speed Test Results" facility.......... Date Speed August 23rd, 2009 1:29...

Hmmmm.............
Your post is to vague, there are too many alternatives.
You need to list your equipment, model and how it is connected together.
Have you done any port forwarding?
What dial plan are you using?

If you can't dial landlines, maybe you should change your dial plan to:

Re: Not all phone calls go through voip

so 24 hours later still no phone call has shown up on the exetel voip meter. ......... Well its obvious that Exetel does not have instantaneous bill metering like some other VSP's, so you might have to wait a bit longer for it to show up in the voip meter. Glad your calls work now and I presume tha...
