Re: New website glitches

My member's facility is loading much faster today thank goodness. To the jeg OR tj: You seem to have a handle on the repairs for the new website. Could you immediately repair the following within the member's facility: Order Broadband ADSL or Fibre. These are only ADSL prices. Please add the NBN pri...

Re: NBN Power

Trev the backup battery was to cease being installed last year so you were lucky.

More a case of opting in for the battery now.

Incorrect - the backup battery will only support the UNI -V ports.

Re: NBN Power

Hello Bruce Exetel are still trialling VOIP over the NBN through the UNI V port, so you will need a modem with a VOIP port in order to get that phone service You mentioned that you got rid of your landline sometime ago, therefore this no. does not exist and will not be able to be ported to VOIP. Exe...

Hi Tj

Please provide an update of the testing of UNI-V port on the NBN.

Do you see this becoming available within the next 2, 6 or even 12 months?

Re: VOIP password in Member's Facility

Does seem like a lot of work. The scanario would be if a customer was talking to support staff using their VOIP service regarding maybe some issues they reset their password then they don't have VOIP to call for free and have to use another method ie. their mobile phone. Surely that can be a problem...

Have you...

Re: Netcomm NB16wv firmware

Thanks for your news on this. I thought we were up to firmware R0.11 then when I checked the Netcomm website it was 9 again. Was I imagining this? It was at .09 back in May. Anyway, might answer why a few of my customers VOIP are getting the issues you mentioned but only today. How was the downgrade...

Re: moip for mobile phone

I have uninstalled & re-installed. Still unable connect to mobile calls. And the "Exetel HSPA internet connection" still doesn't show for the access point. Should it be showing or can I just select Internet for the access point? The call appears to be connecting but there is no dial tone. Interestin...
