Re: International VOIP Charges

Now that things have settled down with the Exetel website, could the forum please point me in the direction of the international charges for VOIP and the VOIP international packs if still available?
Thanks

Re: NBN Application Still Pending

Thought I should give you a heads up on your expected 3 days. It could be anywhere from 3 - 6 days approximately or in your case longer to receive your first email/sms notification from Exetel of your first technicians appointment and this appointment could be anything from the same week or 6 weeks ...

Re: You want twice for less?

I would like Exetel to confirm that the ExeSim Basic does in fact have 100 MB when I see your very close competitors are offering for the basic mobile plans for $15 with 200MB. Also could Exetel please advise what the Full Rate Table is for the ExeSim Basic as it doesn't show in our member's facilit...

Re: You want twice for less?

Gob, I agree with your comments 50/50 and would totally agree with Exetel that they are unable to control Optus's coverage. This is something Optus identify with totally especially in my area and have advised me that to get service it is only on the street and not in the home. This may never have be...

Porting PSTN to VOIP application in members facility: Not everyone is with Telstra, it should read "as an example": Number Porting - 'PSTN TO VOIP' Service Online Order Form Before applying for Exetel's PSTN to VoIP service, please confirm that you understand the following conditions: You understand...

Re: You want twice for less?

First of all I think this thread should be given a new name so that other Exetel customers can see and read what is going on rather than start any new threads. Secondly I do agree that the 1 May is not fair. Exetel should have had their change of mobile plans email out last month Fairs Fair. Thirdly...

Re: New website glitches

My member's facility is loading much faster today thank goodness. To the jeg OR tj: You seem to have a handle on the repairs for the new website. Could you immediately repair the following within the member's facility: Order Broadband ADSL or Fibre. These are only ADSL prices. Please add the NBN pri...

Re: NBN Power

Trev the backup battery was to cease being installed last year so you were lucky.

More a case of opting in for the battery now.

Incorrect - the backup battery will only support the UNI -V ports.

Re: NBN Power

Hello Bruce Exetel are still trialling VOIP over the NBN through the UNI V port, so you will need a modem with a VOIP port in order to get that phone service You mentioned that you got rid of your landline sometime ago, therefore this no. does not exist and will not be able to be ported to VOIP. Exe...

Hi Tj

Please provide an update of the testing of UNI-V port on the NBN.

Do you see this becoming available within the next 2, 6 or even 12 months?
