GPRS Internet connection is down since this morning

Hi There, Is anyone aware of any outage at the VF-AU Internet service provided by Vodafone ? No URLs can be accessed after the login is done. I receive a message saying that the URL is unavailable. I tried many URLs and all return the same message. How can I report this problem to Vodafone ? Regards...

My ADSL2 service has been inconsistent since yesterday afternoon. It was re-established yesterday night, but this morning I have not been able to browse. Skype is fine. Hi There,

Since Monday I have been noticing that SMSs sent to my mobile service are arriving up to a 2 days delayed.

I use the Vodafone service. Are you aware of any existing problem ?

Hi There,

I am wondering if I upgrade my ADSL 2 Plan from PTL B to PTL C, my plan service activation is reset, and as a result I would be locked for an additional 12 months.

Could you please provide me with some advice ?

Hi JasonM,

Your Exetel credentials, username & password, are not the same of your modem.

After you log in to your Modem, there is an option to enter your ADSL account details.

Internet is up again. I did not have to do any work around.

I keep my comments about the inexistence of outage notification and poor customer support.

Hi James, The handling of this outage by Exetel Support is simply appalling. No updates, no notification and closing logged tickits as resolved with "mickey mouse" responses. I hope you learn with your mistakes and get your customer services and outage notification improved. By the way, my Internet ...

I am experiencing the same problem here in Telopea NSW 2117.

Problem occurred yesterday between 8:30pm to 10pm and again since today 1pm.

Exetel, please give us poor customers some update and estimate !

I have also logged a tickit.

My connection was up again about 9:20pm yesterday. However I want to know why that happened and why I wasn't given any outage notice.

What does it mean when modem's PPP is off and ADSL is on ? It was exacly what happened to my connection yesterday.

Since this morning my ADSL2 connection is down. ADSL led is on, but PPP led is off.

My account is 029871.... I live in Telopea, probably Dundas exchange.

I have raised ticket 893806.

Please help me asap.
