To cancel your VOIP service you will need to login into the members facility and click on VOIP, from there you will be able to cancel your VOIP services

Drop outs are not caused by exetel but rather it could be the following: - Hardware - Interference on the line - Telstra infrastructure Before exetel logs a fault to Telstra for further investigation please test another modem on the line and use a different telephone line extension or a shorter exte...

If you are moving and you still connect to the same exchange and would like to keep your same phone number you may request telstra to port the number, once that is done you may apply for the new servce

$100 for an early cancellation, you will not be able to keep your same phone number for an ADSL2+ phone relocation. You will need to apply for a new connection and the connection fee is $0 for ADSL2+ phone on a 12 month contract.
