More data can be purchased from the members facilities via a credit card once you have used up your quota a invoice is generated under the billing tab once this has gone through.

The unused quota does not get rolled over

Currently HSPA Pre-paid services can only be ordered via the Exetel website

i was thinking of keeping my old optus service, and running exetels hspda service at the same time since they both are on optus network. not posible?

What has happened is that because the line was recently activated, telstra's database records have not yet been updated on their end to reflect this change.
You can email provisioning@exetel.com.au to see if this is still the case.

If your application was rejected for a service number address mismatch this basically means that telstra have a different PHYSICAL address for your phone line than what appears on your telstra bill. You will need to call telstra to find out the Physical address(not billing address) of your service n...

If you have recently activated this line I would suggest you contact your telephone provider(e.g. telstra/ optus) to find out the status of the line as your number currently shows up as an inactive service and thus can cause the application to be rejected.
