Re: Off Peak Period Change

I saw a post briefly before it was deleted last month that (among other things) made a remark along the lines of "What's the point - Exetel will just change it again in a few weeks if I switch plans anyway!"

 I guess they're owed an apology.

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here

From http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?p=270546#p270546: It still says "No Charge" for the FP-C1 in the Member facilities even though it says "No Limit = Unlimited" on the Plans page.... Shouldn't they be the same? Just in case this isn't clear (As it still hasn't changed) there is a discrep...

Re: Price Increase Of $5.00 per Month On All Old ADSL Plans

(It still says "No Charge" for the FP-C1 in the Member facilities even though it says "No Limit = Unlimited" on the Plans page.... Shouldn't they be the same?) Yes. I've raised it in http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=306&t=25358&p=270553#p270553 Still not corrected after 4 days. Maybe it'l...

Re: Price Increase Of $5.00 per Month On All Old ADSL Plans

I have little choice but to pay the extra $5/M on my "grandfathered" 8192 12/54 plan I'll probably be sticking with my old plan too (1500/256 12GB peak download) and paying the extra $5. But here's the funny thing: I was perfectly happy to change to a new plan as they suggested. But then Exetel add...

Re: Price Increase Of $5.00 per Month On All Old ADSL Plans

recommending to the many friends that I have referred to Exetel over the years to look elsewhere too. I know what you mean - I referred 9 people in one 12-month period (but only had 2 of them to put me as the referrer on their application to get a rebate  Bugger! ) But in the last 6 months I ...

Re: Price Increase Of $5.00 per Month On All Old ADSL Plans

I'm currently on TL-BA (1500/256 12GB) and I can switch to the TL-C1 (1500/256 12GB) for the same monthly fee and $0 to change plans. Sounds like I won't be disadvantaged as far as I can tell, unless I've missed something obvious. I guess SMS are still just 5c each? Yep SMS 5c. I go to change plans...

Re: Price Increase Of $5.00 per Month On All Old ADSL Plans

"As you probably know your plan has not been offered by Exetel for some considerable time now " I only switched to my plan three months ago, and I thought it was a "new" plan then. Guess not. I'm currently on TL-BA (1500/256 12GB) and I can switch to the TL-C1 (1500/256 12GB) for the same mont...

Re: Withdrawal Of Free Included Services On Older Plans

I and the two other Exetel founders received their first salary increase in six years on January 1st 2010 which took my personal remuneration to $A150,000 per annum for the privilege of working an average of 75 hours a week for the last 72 months. So you work as many hours but make twice as much mo...

Re: Change to AUP - Section (d)

So at the end of this 17-page marathon, is this basically all it comes down to?: "Don't download more than the Uncharged Plan Maximum Off Peak Download in the user facilities states (currently 81gig), but it'll never be less than 60gig" ? If that's the case, Sounds fine to me... Until recently I was...

Re: Admin fee increase

There's obviously two sides to this and strangely enough I agree with both 1. Exetel have introduced a new compulsory fee announced in an email which refers directly to how a user is billed (either via Credit Card or Direct Debit) but is also saying IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PAYING THE BILL which is...

Yes - as a timed call at the international rates.
What "international" rates? Same as the VOIP rates (http://www.exetel.com.au/voip_pricelist.php) or same as if it were just sent via a standard fax on PSTN?
