Port forwarding was the answer for this issue.
After setting port forwarding config in my modem, all incoming calls are made without any problem.

I thought I didn't need this setting.

I create this topic hoping someone with similar issue can share the information in the future. Since I have changed my ADSL service to Naked ADSL2+, I haven't found the solution of my Voip incoming call failure problem with my Zyxel P2302R voip gateway. The issue on this item is when you contact Exetel support to look into it, they come back saying it's solved / recovered. However, this keeps coming back and the root of the problem is not unchanged so we have to contact support staff. Can Exetel staff please update the status and explan why this is...

hi

I am afraid to post this but this symptom continuously persists.
Last weekend (Sunday 20th April), there was no callback in the evening (around 8pm in Sydney)
and today, just now I have tried twice the calling back number without any success.

Is anyone having any problem?

So if the calling back number is not responding, then I will use the regular line for VOIP calling service although I do hope I won't see this issue again in the future.

Problem is now resolved. There was a minor network issue earlier this morning which queued some calls. For some reason the queue was not processed, however the service is now restored and working. There was a large queue on the server due to the minor service disruption we have on Saturday. The queue is cleared and the service is now restored. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. VOIP calling card service - no return call in Sunday night

I have experienced two occasions that there was no return call coming in when I try to use VOIP calling card service. (So I was unable to make a call using VOIP calling card service). It supposed to give me a return call to make me dial. I have tried many times to call the number but not successful....
