What can't you access? We are only updating the template. Nothing within the content. Can you tell me, in the Wireless facilities how to check my mobile meter? There are other menu options available on the new facilities page that arent on the wireless menu.. It appears that anything that has to do ...

Id like to know too... I was told this week, but seeing its Friday, it seems unlikely. Quite annoying, I cant check mobile phone bill and other things because the wireless facilities are in the ''Dark Ages''. cheers Scott

bad business practice???

[williamthebold] This present endeavour is bad business practice. Its hardly ''bad business practice'' For starters, companies that donate to whatever cause, often have the added benefit of the extra publicity that goes with it, etc. Customers may leave Exetel on ''moral'' grounds because they dont ...

Maybe knocking some GB off the Off-Peak bonus period could cover the donation cost then? I mean, it's a bonus and not part of anyones contract, so they'll have nothing to whinge about then :) Or maybe 'knocking the whole of the 48 gb off" and providing it for a donation? Works for me :P Works for m...

Only files/data downloaded by you are counted towards your GB quota, regardless of where it came from or who has accessed it before you. As usual uploads are not counted at all. Cheers Scott

Gordian Finch

Sounds like a great idea.. 65 thousand customers X 5 or 10 cents is a nice donation each month.. Maybe Exetel could start a ''Save the Gouldian Finch website'' and have updates, pics and perhaps a Pay Pal donation set up.. Then donations can be made by non exetel customers as well, thus raising more...

IP ranges for P2P cache

Is it available to all? I saw comment that it was turned on for Victoria users. Can NSW users access it? I think only Powertel ADSL2 customers at the moment. See this post . It was initially started with all Victorian and staff IP address ranges. Yesterday, to provide more traffic to the cache we s...

Cant be heard??

Ive always found the staff helpful, and as Corey says.. They do often go beyond the call ''of duty''. Im no computer ''expert'' either ,though i also find ''GOOGLE'' (nothing to do with a PM! ) most useful for all types of issues or information i seek out, including how to fix things! Most is...

naked ADSL

You can go with either Optus or Telstra, though im told by Exetel that it is better to go with Telstra because Optus will hook you up to their ''fibre'' whilst with Telstra it will be ''copper'', copper being better ... Hope this helps cheers Scott

Re: Spam

Hi,does the wireless facilities have this spam filter option?..I cant see it.Cheers Scott Should do - you need to go into the email address set up section, and against each email address you've created, there will be a button to turn on/off filtering for that address. Nowhere to be seen in faciliti...
