Change of Plan/Speed

Hi, i applied for a change of speed from 256 to 512 on the 28/12/2007. the status has changed from pending to active,though im yet to see any speed change at all.My speed tests indicate the same results i was getting whilst on 256. Could this be due to public holiday today? My usage meter updated it...

This wont hurt too try,as im at loss to explain why your ecountering these problems. Enter your user number with first 2 letters of your street name after the service number in Caps.

IP change

So we are allowed to change our IP 30 times a year, but we are still charged after the 1st change?..Could someone clarify this. Ive changed mine once and noticed i will be charged $20 if i change it again, is this correct? cheers Scott

I would also suggest dropping the section titled "Want The Lowest Cost ADSL Services Available AND Make Australia A Better Place?" from your linked page.
