Re: New Residential Members Facilities

I just don't understand the need for constantly changing things! What the new design does is group things nicer into "My" categories (Details, Invoices, Services, Usage, Difference). The previous design suffered a little from a long left hand menu list I do realise there may be good reasons for it,...

Re: New Residential Members Facilities

Just had a look, doesn't look anywhere near as comprehensive as the current one.
What we have now is ok, it works, I just don't understand the need for constantly changing things!

Re: No limit = Unlimited

is there any way for us to find out what the uncharged soft limit is each month? so we have a guide to go by... Not sure. Because if this amount is shown in the user facilities, people will mistakenly think the soft limit applies to "No limit" plans, which it doesn't. My understanding is that you c...

Re: No limit = Unlimited

I just want to know where I stand and now I guess I do. The limit for unlimited is basically the same as uncharged if you want to be sure you won't get booted. I would agree with this. I think that if you restrict yourself to about 90GB per month, the argument can be made that you are within the so...

Re: Incorrect information in members area

This thread was originally started re the info in the members area being incorrect for someone on the FP D2 plan, has that been fixed yet?
I'm on the FP-C3 plan and mine is still incorrect, it still says 'uncharged' instead of 'unlimited'

Re: New ADSL1 Plans

Wouldn't there still have been code to write back when it was free ?
My guess is that the charge has been introduced to discourage quite so many people from switching plan quite so often... for now.
If a plan is worth changing to, the $10 fee is nothing to worry about!

In members facilities change my service, select plan change for say FP-C2 (off peak No Limit=Unlimited), click apply......off peak then says no charge.
Still the same in mine too...

Re: New ADSL1 Plans

In my members facilities I am presented with the option to change to the FP-C3 plan, offpeak it says is "No Limit = Unlimited"
but when I click 'apply' the offpeak "No Limit = Unlimited" changes to "No Charge"
May I ask, which is correct?

If those prices are correct, even if they are inc GST, then it's going to be a pretty hard sell.
They have no hope of getting my business, Exetel have no need to worry about losing customers at those prices!

Re: 0.00%

Same here, my usage tells me I haven't downloaded anything yet this month!
And I know that isn't right...

EDIT - Now at 2.45pm it says I've downloaded 84mb in peak, still isn't right but at least it moved... :D

I've changed plans a few times since joining, not any more! I'll stay put until this changes back to $0
