Re: Change to AUP - Section (d)

I believe you are correct about iview, etc but the bandwidth graph is meaningless without knowing how many customers they had at those times. Regardless of how many customers, the bandwidth doubled . Yes and if the customers doubled too then the average stayed the same! Well, I'm not worried about ...

Re: Change to AUP - Section (d)

I don't know why everyone is so worried about the average dropping. This is the bandwidth usage for the past 12 months... http://thumbnails25.imagebam.com/5639/3388c056388344.gif It has about doubled, as it has each year since Exetel started, I see no reason to think it won't continue to rise as eve...

Re: Change to AUP - Section (d)

Exetel may wish to consider a scheme similar to some cable providers (I remember Optus Cable doing this many years ago): Assign users a category as based on ratio of their rolling 30 day downloads to the Exetel-wide rolling 30 days downloads. Something like green for a ratio of 0 to 1, orange for 1...

Re: Change to AUP - Section (d)

"26.5G so three times that is 79.5G" Yes, but this is not a fixed quantity. Why not jut make the limit 80GB and update it to some new value each quarter? It would lend a bit of certainly. Because it would completely destroy the point of constantly modifying it to ensure the available bandwidth does...

Re: Regional VoIP DID's

I don't really see a need to have regional DiDs! they are very handy for non voip family and friends to be able to ring a local number from within their region at the cost of a local call instead of dialling std at telstra prices. cheers roo☺ That's ok for family and/or friends in the same region, ...

Re: Regional VoIP DID's

Being in Launceston I'd prefer my DID was here, but it being a Melbourne number doesn't make any real difference, VOIP works just as well no matter where the DID is...

Re: ADSL plans

Thanks for the reply Corey, I changed my ADSL service around 3pm on the 30th of October. I received an email that my ADSL plan has been updated as requested. The plan changed today from the old 12/54Gb to 12/60Gb. Isn't it meant to be 12/0Gb? UserFacilitiesScreenCap.PNG Could this be because I chos...
