Re: Increase In Off Peak Times For Some Plans

I just noticed this, in my members area it says 4am-4pm for Off Peak, but when I click 'view detailed' it says 2am-12noon
I assume this is an error?

I went looking for this too, only saw the optus plans with phone bundle, but they come up as "You cannot view this page." why is that?

Re: Increase In Off Peak Times For Some Plans

One thing puzzles me about all the off peak changes! With all the changes made, why does the MRTG graph between midnight and 6am remain pretty much the same? http://public.mrtg.exetel.com.au/bwsummary/total-supplier-bandwidth.html Is it because no matter what is changed, a lot of people stick their ...

Re: Increase In Off Peak Times For Some Plans

One of the reasons they are staggered is to avoid the surge in traffic at the stroke of midnight. By having (and forcing) a certain number of plans onto each of the staggered times, congestion is alleviated. If there was the option to choose, then everyone would choose the midnight option as it is ...

Re: Off Peak Periods

Love the new extended offpeak hours. When it was 4am-8am I had to leave the PC on all night, set to auto start my downloads at 4.01, when it changed from 4am-10am that helped but I still left the PC on all night. But now it's 4am-2pm I can turn off the PC all night and begin downloading when I get u...

Re: Off Peak Periods

Just as a heads up for those wanting to download but not leave machines on over night, some dl managers can be set to shut down the system after they are completed. Wont help with an impulsive dl though, or if youre facing captcha issues. You can also use Task Scheduler to un-hibernate your compute...

I'm now on the ADSL2 TE-2E plan, the off-peak period is 4am - 10am But in my members area I see this!? 4c838f8d.jpg I'm confused to say the least, is there a glitch in the system?
