Re: Rationale Behind Change Of Plan 'Direction'

Hi, It's now available under My Plan Details -> View My Service Details: https://www.exetel.com.au/members/account_view_plan.php Yes, it's there... but it's not under the ADSL1 1500 plans to change to in "Manage Services - ADSL - Change my service" All the ADSL plans have it mentioned under them...

Re: Rationale Behind Change Of Plan 'Direction'

You have the ability, once on the plan, to permanently switch to pay for excess at 50 cents per gb. but that doesn't appear under the ADSL1 1500 plans, so is that option not available to those pla...

Re: "No charge" download limit

Mmmmm maybe there aren't any 'no charge' plans left... so if there is no new soft limit to post here, could someone let us know what the current "average Exetel user" amount is that it was based on?

Re: Off-Peak time reduction-This is a joke

Give us a choice between offpeak 12-12 with a limit, or if we want unlimited then offpeak is 2-8.
Please don't penalise us all!!

Re: Off Peak Period Change

The part of this I really don't like is that between Midnight and 2am, if you browse a few YouTube clips etc before going to bed, you are already chewing into the peak period for the new day!!

Re: Off Peak Period Change

Whilst im disappointed to have the off-peak hours reduced by so much i do understand that you need to do what is necessary to stay in business. Despite suggesting that we can still download large amounts of data in the reduced hours its not always about sucking down as much bandwidth as we can but ...

No figures have appeared in that other thread for May, does this mean they just haven't been decided on yet....

Re: Uncharged Plan Maximum Off-Peak

Not sure what has happened to it in the member facilities, but someone asked for this thread which I'm hoping will remain up to date with the information you desire. That thread hasn't yet been updated with info for May.. If 'uncharged' plans disappear and the soft limit becomes unneeded, I'd still...

Re: ADSL Usage Warning not working?

I didn't know there were usage warning emails, are they automatic? or do I have to turn them 'on' somewhere?
