1) When I click on the link for online form for billing enquiries at http://www.exetel.com.au/a_support_billing.php#billing , nothing happens. I guess there is no #billing section on that page. The page can be found here at http://www.exetel.com.au/a_support_billing.php 2) The link to Residential A...

Re: Page format terrible under FireFox

e_gregious wrote:This page http://www.exetel.com.au/test/a_plan_pricing_new.php
looks crap under Firefox, but views correctly under IE.
Table gets moved to the RH side of the User Login box when using Firefox 2.
It's a test site and that page, like many others, hasn't been fixed yet.

1) I just find it misleading to roll it into the combined bandwidth graph, because it gives the impression that there is still spare bandwidth, when if the only spare bandwidth available is PIPE, then you aren't exactly able to send/receive packets to/from the US or anywhere overseas for that matte...

Re: Removal of PIPE from combined graph?

I'm asking that the PIPE link be removed from the combined internet links graph. The PIPE link to my knowledge does not carry any "real" internet traffic, only IX traffic and therefore adding it to the combined graph does nothing except to mislead people on how much spare internet bandwidth there i...

The plan I had it put on had a limit of $500 usage. It hit that limit some time ago because someone has been using it almost permanently for a week or three. I'll turn it back on, but will be watching for abuse :)

Re: Enquiry and Status Report by SMS?

Hi Exetel, The recent outage ( http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=17961 ) was unpleasant and got me thinking what could an "ISP from Heaven" do when this happens. Here is what I came up with: 1. Preparation 1.1. I register a mobile number with my account. 1.2. You publish a mobile number us...
