VoIP billing usage units wrong?

Greetings,
Looking at the member facilities usage for my VoIP service and it shows a single call for $0.09 in the totals, but the itemised call list reports it as $9... It looks like it is showing a value of cents and not converting to dollars in the list?

Seems to have started working again in the last half hour. Looks like it went down around 3am.

service desk is closed, press hash to leave a message

When calling to report a fault when the service desk is closed, you are given a message that says "press hash to leave a message".

However, pressing hash will hang up the call.

Please update the message to say "*after* leaving a message, press hash"

Looks like the authentication services have crashed again. This seems to be happening every few months now.

adsl NRYD no authentication

About 5:30am service dropped out. Router reporting incorrect username or password. Looks like the auth services are busted again.

I called (02)80301000 at around 8:15am today then selected "2, 2" in the menus.

It looks like it's going up and down for me. Came up briefly and dropped a few times. It's just dropped again for me a few minutes ago.

Called to report a connection issue and got the message saying tech support was currently closed. The message says to leave contact details. It then says "press hash to leave a message" and gives a beep. So i pressed hash and it hung up. The last part of the announcement should say "press hash *AFTE...

It seems to have come good now. Anything else I tried connecting to was good, but the SIP was not responding or conencting at all.

Multiple modem reboots during the day while testing another issue I have open and it just seemed to connect to the SIP again a couple of hours ago.

After rebooting my modem to test something else I notice VoIP hasn't come back up.

I can't ping 58.96.1.2 either.
