It doesn't look like the same helpdesk ticket system I last used (quite some time ago though)

Hi there, I tried to folow the link to the online support in a staff email (https://www.exetel.com.au/exetel_support.php) but it just directed to the main exetel page. If I log into "My Exetel" and use the "Useful Links" menu to go to fault ticket, it takes me to what looks like a new helpdesk page ...

Greetings all, For a few months now I've been seeing significant error rates on incoming packets when my Adsl link has high download utilisation, e.g. Downloading large files, Netflix etc. During normal idle times, or light loads it's fine. They've acknowledged the issue, but only detail is "waiting for update from supplier"

Same here at NRYD.

ADSL sync but no Auth. Is RADIUS down again?

On a interesting note, calling support goes to a voice mail that says "press hash to leave a message", but pressing hash ends the call. I think it should say "leave a message and press hash when finished"

I left the VoIP turned off overnight and turned it back on again this morning. Everything is working again now.

It would seem like things just needed time to "reset" somewhere.

Trying with xlite I can get it to work with outbound calls, but incoming still has the same issue. The person calling (e.g. my mobile) just keeps hearing the phone ring and never get picked up. I get the ringing in xlite, but when I answer nothing else connects. Guess I'll have to fiddle with things...

I don't think it's an exchange/physical issue, it looks like a problem with Exetels Authentication services

sync but no Radius auth?

Sometime early this morning (around 3;15am) my connection appears to have dropped and the modem isn't able to login now. There was no loss of ADSL sync though.

I am getting sync (and have tried modem off for 10 minutes), but modem just keeps failing on checking username/password
