Sorry for the late reply, problem is we cannot replicate the problem using our Sipura unit here in the office which is a SPA841. We found a problem with the X-Lite softphone which was rectified. Are you running on the latest firmware?

There is a option on the NB9W on the new firmware to set a different VoIP dial and ring tone as well rather than changing the location.

Another thing i forgot to mention while VoIP will work on 256, we only recommend you use it on atleast a 512 service.

If you have two DID then you need to register each DID separately, otherwise it will simply go to VM or get an engage signal if VM is not enabled.

You should not lose the current DID, basically you will be billed for the additional DID at $5 per month.
