I seen this problem before. it was either settings / hardware (if any) PM your DID to me and I'll do a test.

I can confirm that the Dynalink we offer (replaced the NB9W) will not have the same problem you are having now.

From tests we dont have any ring delay issues.

That should be fine.

Just make sure that you dont have voicemail set on the unit as it is forwarded automatically from our SIP proxy so nothing should be set on your unit.

Can you dial 121 from your Linksys unit?

Are you able to unregister the linksys unit and register the softphone and see if you can replicate the problem?

You can cancel the SYD DID immediately in the User Facilities.

But i will only suggest this only when you have your QLD DID issues resolved.

It is an issue with the Belkin unit.

You will need to open a fault with the manufacture.

The problem is due to how the unit responds to the SIP invite on incoming calls.
