I have added the route for the number but it still does not go through.

We have already opened a fault with out provide just to make sure it can be terminated on their end.

You will need to dial 0011 to dial out internationally and then the country area code.

Looking at the site below the country code is 672

Then you have to dial the number.

The number you provided is too short.

That is correct you can either roll back or wait for the fix to be public once Netcomm finialise their testing.

In regards to calls dropping out that could be a different issue.

If you decide to downgrade the firmware can you please let me know how you go with the call drop out issue.

I would suggest you try to make an isolated call, that is make a call with all computers or devices unplugged.

If you are dialling a number with Melbourne you dont need the area code.

For all numbers outside of Melbourne dial the area code, all mobile numbers can be dialled normally that is 0412 345 678
