We use it everyday without any major hiccups.

From experience most problems come down to setup and configuration.

Second most reported problems are quality issues which always comes down to link/bandwidth issues.

Hi Pulse

There was a minor change on the SIP proxy for call routing only. This would not affect your registration.

I dont no what was causing you not to be able to authenticate.

If that is the case you are connected to the Sip Server.

You will need to input the details again, that is the VoIP number and password.

You will need to click on Management on the right hand site.

After that there should be a sub menu called Access Control.

Make sure HTTP is checked under the WAN column.

Can you please enable remote management and PM me the login details?

Also if possible can you please register one VoIP service only and perform an isolated call and let me know if you can replicate the problem then?

If all goes well register the second account and test it again.
