You can have as many calls as you want at the same time.

You are limited depending on your hardware and bandwidth depending on what broadband service you are using.

Both are supported, if you are having quality issues then i suggest you use G.711 otherwise G.729 is recommended as Closer says it used less bandwidth.

That is correct, everything is in house.

Can you please tell me how you went with the isolated call? Can you please also PM me the your service number and your configuration?

It would be easier if you can enable remote management on the unit so i can log in and confirm it.
