The work has been completed. A number of tunnels froze and recycled dropping some users which have now been reconnected.

I am not sure on how the Draytek are configured but have you tried to looking at the dial plan?

I have passed on the information above to Netcomm.

At present they are working on a new firmware for this particular problem.

All updates will be posted here and i will get back to you once more information becomes available.
