Try using another port on the router or swap the ports with the machine that is working.

If it still continues then i would do what was suggested earlier by NetworkAdmin and change the NIC.

The IP address details are fine, so with the IP address details above you still cannot reach the router?

I dont see it occuring if you set the IP address manually on the machine with the problem.

What happens when you do this?

I didnt see any call hitting our proxy, since my last post above i have been capturing data from your VoIP account but dont see any call being made.

Can you please try another phone just to be sure and let me know how it goes?

Wait, can't you set your VOIP voicemail to email you the voice message? Just point it to your Exetel mailbox and use webmail to retrieve it. It is not in the plans at the moment.

Confidence restored... DID worked for incoming and outgoing with softphone. I guess the problem is on my end :oops: Great ! nothing funny with the account then *phew* :) hmmm... yeah the Draytek not even registering the Exetel account is a bit of an anomaly, especially since it registered in the 31...
