Normally under these circumstances i would suggest you change the code to G.711 as advise by Billion to some of our customers. That was in the past when we outsourced voip and our provider didnt support the G.711 codec.

We brought VOIP in house now on our platform and it supports the codec for incoming calls.

There was a network issue which may have cause the issue you had on saturday.

That has been fixed now.

Are you able to replicate the fault using a softphone?
