All I really want to do is find a simple way for my sister to call me for free on my Exetel number. I told her I won't have anything to do with Skype, which she uses (free) to call her boyfriend in Washington State. So, she has audio hardware and could use a softphone, though I told her all the one...

I signed up for a Bundle Plan yesterday.

I also have a ADSL2+ plan at another location - and often suffer lower speeds from MN to MD.

As the Bundled Plans have no extra "free" 48 GB allowance in MN/MD, will their traffic have some sort of priority in that period?

Is the Oztell WEBPABX an option? The Net2max site is full of PR-babble, which is guaranteed to send me running. Net2max (previously Oztell) haveone of the worst websites I have ever encountered......... but their Voip systems are excellent. ..... its a long learning curve. I have been using them si...

So you only have to register Oztell in your ATA/modem to receive and call out via all registered VSP? Can you please provide a link to Oztell to show how to do it? They are still "perfecting" their website, etc....... but you can go to their their website at www.net2max.com or check out their forum...

I do not know if exetel voip will work with Oztell's WEBPABX... but I'll give it a go when I get my Exetel voip service next week. Oztell's system allows you to receive calls on other VSP's DIDs and make calls using other VSP accounts. (I use it with koala, pennytel, sipme, MNF and others) Not all V...

Have you checked to see if all phones have filters? My sister installed ADSL2+ at my 83-year old mother's place the other day - and it lost sync when my mothers "health dongle" activated for some reason - apparently it was hard wired into the houses phone wiring. When I first installed ADSL2+ in my ...

Another way would be to use a 2-line ATA like the V200 (or 2 x V100) attached to the main modem in the house and use wireless cordless phone system on the second line (or ATA) to service the flat. Added advantage: it allows QOS at the main modem for Voip calls. i.e. Separate the provision of Voip fr...

New ADSL1 Bundled plans

I applied to churn to one of the new ADSL bundle plans today.

But made an error in the "ADSL phone number" section.

(I used a Voip DID number I have - silly error!)

What to do:

- make a new application?

- ask for existing application to be changed?

Regards,

Harry.

Maybe a one-off setup charge would make it easier?

Could you develop 2 types of plans:

- a plan with just usage rates (i.e. no monthly charge)?

- a plan with just usage rates (with a minimum 6-month $)?
