Re: Charged $220 incorrect call out fee.

If it's just peak times in the evening, then it's probably just Optus underprovisioning their local exchange, give it 6 months to a year and they'll probably have it fixed by then. I suspect Exetel are restricted in what they're allowed to say about this.

Re: Strange issue connecting to certain sites (esp Dropbox)

What's with forum staff now directing users to emails & tickets instead of posting viable fixes here on the forum so other viewers can try the same? Seems to defy the whole point of the forum.

Re: 4G

If I get a new 4G handset will it automatically pick up 4G (where available) if I'm on the older M15 plan? Hi Lawrie, In order for you to receive 4G coverage you will need to upgrade your M15 mobile plan to one of the existing 4G plans that we offer. That was ohagas that asked, not Lawrie. Lawrie I...

I have the same modem and voip has been flawless.
Happy to compare settings if you like.
I'm using the one's dazzled has above but use sip1.exetel.com.au instead of the 58.*.... ip address.

Cheers,

Re: Is Exetel's Ironport Spam Filter still effective?

Yeah, once upon a time Exetel would have acknowledged the issue and given EVERY ironport subscriber a refund for the failed service, not: If a request has made we will definitely consider :). and then: The service is operational, it just isn't working as effectively as it should. We are not able to ...
