Thanks very much for your help Shamin. Even though we couldn't fix it tonight, I really appreciate your help.
Send me the link as mentioned and I will see if I can solve it over the weekend. Otherwise, we'll have to touch base on Monday.
Thanks again!

Re: Netgear CG3000
Thanks for your reply. I used to have ADSL2 service from Exetel, but have switch to Wireless HSPA from Exetel.
The broadband I am using now is from Telstra. With this Netgear device, I am looking into using the VoIP service from Exetel.
Regards

Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued
Hi there I've logged into my member facility and found that it has a set of different plans for upgrade when compared to the ones published on Exetel's website. There were two tables to choose from. One is "ADSL2 (No Telephone)" and a "Special Offer For "Naked" ADSL2 Upgrade to Bundled ADSL2 with Te...

Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued
I apologise in advance if this has already been asked. 1) If I don't do anything and let the 1 Feb charge take effect (additional $10 charge), will I still be able to change to the new plans in March if I change my mind? 2) If I commit to the 12 months contract, will the offpeak and peak hours and s...

Re: ADSL2 Plan Changes
Not keen on 2am - 8am offpeak. I think I should just pay the $10 and change my plan to the unlimited plan announced on this thread. What are your thoughts? Thank you! Latest email shifts the proposed 2-8 from June to September and says that no service on a contract will be affected until the initia...

Re: ADSL2 Plan Changes
Hi there I received an email 2 days back from Exetel saying that they will change my off peak period from 1st June 2010: from: the current 12 midnight to 12 noon or 2 am to 2 pm periods to: 2 am to 8 am I'm currently still in contract on this plan: Plan Type: NF/22BYOLINE Monthly Access Charge: $40....

Re: ADSL2 Plan Changes
Thanks all for your replies. I did a check and my plan is NF/22BYOLINE. Its currently on a 30Gb peak and 60Gb offpeak. So does it mean my plan won't qualify for the 1 April backdate unless I change to the new plans (unlimited offpeak) manually? I'll have to pay $10 for the change if that is the case...

Re: ADSL2 Plan Changes
We will be changing some parameters of the CURRENT ADSL2 plans and the changes will be back dated to April 1st. These changes do NOT apply to non-current ADSL2 plans. The changes are: 1) All plans will have their peak time download allowance increased. 2) All plans will be changed from having an ex...

Re: ADSL2 Plan Changes
Can't find the answer on page 2. I am confused. 1) Will there be a choice to pay extra money (for exceeding peak allocation) or shaping to 512k? How much will the charges be? 2) I've just logged in to my members facility. I don't see any changes to the offpeak (supposedly unlimited). My plan is sti...
