ADSL2 Naked free VOIP calls

Good afternoon,

Last month I transferred my Exetel ADSL1 service over to the Exetel ADSL2 Naked service.

I received my last month's invoice and I was still charged for my VOIP calls. Aren't we suppose to receive 100 free local/national VOIP calls on ADSL2+?

Please look into this for me.

Just a quick note to let you know that the VOIP DID issue has been sorted out.

Exetel gave me a new DID and appears to be working fine.

Hi Jok11n,

Thanks for all your assistance, it has been much appreciated.

I just put in an order for ADSL2+, so hopefully everything goes smoothly with the cutover. fingers crossed.

I will let you know once the VOIP is up and running.

Hi Jok11n,

I have just been advised by Exetel that they accidentally gave out wrong DID numbers.

I am just waiting for the new Voip password and will let you know how I go.
