The upgrade to the back haul is also completely in the hands of the carrier I understand backhaul is not in the hands of Exetel, but doesn't Exetel pay for the backhaul? I'm suspecting it's an Optus backhaul issue again. It wasn't this bad last time though, not for me anyway. And seriously, isn't backhaul a significant enough issue that any reseller would have thought of and covered for when negotiating with Optus? Slower speed during off-peak is an inevitable cons...
