Re: Per minute plan question - forced to use data?
Mobile A plan is a Voice + data service and as such, it is a requirement that you use the data potion of the service or there is a vulnerability that the service will be cancelled due to NON USAGE OF DATA This news comes as a shock to me. I have just moved three accounts to the Optus $5/10/15 pre p...

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
On http://www.exetel.com.au/a_plan_pricing_new.php adsl2 the layout looks OK but half a comment tag is seen: Premium ADSL2 PLANS <!--
On the adsl 1 page it looks like the css is missing or corrupt and the other half of the comment tag is found: --> Maximum speeds: 8192 kbps

Re: Record IP Usage
but with the departure of so many heavy down loaders that bandwidth is now 'under utilised'. It will be interesting to see how we can find ways of turning that wasted money into something valuable again. Perhaps heavy down loaders or others could purchase low cost off peak GB's at a 'special' price...

Re: Qriocity
If the ISPs subsidise content generation, there will be more content, and therefore more customers. Thats my theory. Well I for one do not wish to 'subsidise' other users. If you want to download 'xyz' then do so, but others way want to download 'abc'. Let the user decide how their bandwidth is all...

Re: Forgotten Password, Email not working!
My question is, what is the process to get your password reset given his email isn't working? You could go to user facilities manage services email https://www.exetel.com.au/members/email_configure.php and reset the password for the account. You will also need to update the change in Outlook or Thu...

Re: Cant get Images for 1 website only
It's a dog's breakfast of a site. Yes Dazzled it really is a "dog's breakfast", a wonder that anything loads at all. (And no you dont need a Draytek, a good old NB1 will do the job) Must be hell on a stick for the site admin....What started out as a smallish text orientated site that was aimed at f...

Re: Cant get Images for 1 website only
The previous posts in the thread seem to point to a local router setting, or some network routing issue accessing i.media-imdb.com that needs referring to the network staff. Dazzled, I use IMDB regularly and I believe that the issues are router/ end user network related. Depending on which facility...

Sync and download change was marginal from the Netcomm to Draytek.coref1 wrote:Do you think a Draytek would help?
Got more improvement locating the unit at the first building entry and removing redundant cables and cheap ADSL filters.
VOIP appears more stable ??? from when I was using a V210P.

Re: Modem recommendations
I should have mentioned I'm looking to upgrade the capacity of both my wired and wireless network so was thinking of a modem router with Gigabit ports and N wireless/high power tmt capacity. I have recently lashed out on a Draytek 2710vn. Very happy, rock solid so far (four months)...fully featured...
