Accessing member area after churn

Hopefully a quick question which I couldn't find an answer too. How long after churn activation should I wait until I can access the members area. I changed the modem for ...@vic.exetel.com.au etc around 3 pm all OK but still not able to get into the members area.

Feedback: Inconsistent credit card fee displayed

I've just placed a churn request to Exetel. I note on the churn order form it shows as a $1.10 fee for credit card but other pages, for example http://www.exetel.com.au/a_plan_pricing ... hp#toggle3 show $2.00.

Thanks for the feedback. I've manged to pull down and study the NB9W and 7401VGPM manuals. The Billion's a bit clearer with respect to incoming PSTN redirected to FXS.
