edit: i have since been able to add the UK mobile without the '+' prefix.

I haven't tested it yet though.

Hi,

I am unable to save a UK mobile number into the 'send SMS from web' link.

Ideally, im trying to send a BULK SMS and adding the UK mobile number into my SMS address book but it wont accept the +44 prefix.

Cover page when using multiple attachements

Hi,

How do i determine what is the cover page when i have a 3page PDF and a word Doc attached.

The Word Doc is the cover page but the PDF should follow.

Thanks Daniel,

Its all sorted now, my client relied on Outlook saving the password,but they inherently didnt save it the first time, so it used a default which naturally failed.

I have followed the prompt to triple check my configuration but it wont authenticate.

Also i am able to log into the webmail using the same login details.

Is there a problem with the pop3.nsw server?

Hi,

I just want to confirm that if i am changing to a different Naked Plan (from one Naked plan to another NAked plan) that the $25 line speed change fee does not apply.

Is there a way to call in to access voicemail messages when i have no internet access?

Presumably this way, i would be able to set up my voice message too.
