Re: Possible New ADSL2 Plans For New Financial Year

A 6 month contract would be very nice, along with large quota plans to combat TPG, iPrimus, aaNet etc. A six month contract could be done. So if you are suggesting a change in off peak time to 3 am to 9 am and a download allowance of 150 gb - no problem. If you want to keep half of each day as no c...

Re: Possible New ADSL2 Plans For New Financial Year

I am only new to Exetel, but as i am signing up about 6 new services before the switch over, i would have to ask, what pricing should remain the same or improve (not increase) and what impact to the end user will there be during your ADSL2 provider switchover? Always getting an engaged calling mobiles.

Hi,

Since the JamesD said the voip router was replaced this morning, i have discovered that any calls to any mobile will give a busy signal and not ring on the mobile at all.

Anyone else experience this?

Cheers!

What is Cust Services Voip Number?

Whilst i realise that support is primarily via email and/or forums/chat, can i get support's voip number so i can include it into my dialplan? (and use the free Exetel to Exetel calls )

Thanks

Re: Billion 7404VGP Settings For VoIP/ Dial Plans

2 questions come to mind re Dialplans for this device.

A. What does this actually mean in the dialplan section? (x.T|*90x.TS|x#S|##S|*74x.#S)

B. And secondly what dial plans are you using? Can you list it here.

Cheers

Re: 100 calls at no charge on Naked Plans

Hi James, I saw those rates, but want clarification that they are included or not in the 100 calls at no charge since they terminate at a PSTN point, and not a mobile or overseas call. Your answer only states what they would be billed at, but i need clarification whether they are infact included in ...
