The poor speeds I have put up with. But the normal phone calls not working now I can't put up with. Why can't Optarse fix it so I can make and recieve phone calls? They keep dropping out!!!!!! When is OPTARSE going to fix the coverage around my residential area? It has progressivly gotten worse over the last couple of weeks. It has always been average to lousy but now it is just useless, like the HSPA data side because they have no bandwidth available around here. I am on the phone to sup...

Interesting, time to start checking our bills. If this is not an isolated problem it is time to get rid of Verizon as Exetel's VoIP provider!

As far as I am concerned Exetel's approach to this has been excellent, nobody has been incovienienced by it and the message has got through to those who have had an infringement notice lodged against them. How they chose to deal with it from that point on is entirely up to them.

No Exetel whimped out with Verizon. I still have my VoIP number but I have started using a My Net Fone account that I had dormant that allows this feature.

Hopefully Exetel will re-evaluate this and stand up to Verizon to have this feature enabled again.

The BIG problem I think most of us have with HSPA is the CAPACITY on the Optarse network. It reminds me of the early days of GSM where I had numerous dropouts on the Optarse network. Firefox users can't go past Net Usage Item. I am watching three accounts at the top of my browser, at a glance I know exactly what has been used and if I hover the mouse pointer over them I get all the details.
