Hi folks

I'm following up on the Home Zone schedule. I know I'm not the only one with an Optus mobile in a 'black spot' and would really apprecaite Exetel expediting this solution.

Is there some setting which stops me from sending international texts? I can send national texts ok so I presume there's some setting I need to make?
Please advise.

What is the timeline from the time I submit the order? 2. Is there any downtime? 3. And how do I change over my wife's phone? Is it done thru the M...

Re: Exetel Mobile Plan Specials for July

1) You have to be careful when using "cap" designated plans. The web site contains inclusions and exclusions: http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-mo ... -plans.php ]Not sure what your're saying here because the website uses the term "cap and I am trying to find out what that actually means. 2) The...

Re: Query - change from INC2DLSA to OTAA

You need to explicitly request a plan change (for instance, to indicate your acceptance of the shorter off-peak period). You can do this via your member facilities and then everything will changeover at the start of next month. We appear to be at cross purposes. FWIW I have applied for a change to ...

Sorry what I was asking was would I automatically be moved to this lower priced plan or would I need to make a request / re-apply to take advantage of this plan?

FYI I have sent an email to residential support so I'll await their response.

Re: Query - change from INC2DLSA to OTAA

Actually, it is now OTL-A: $10 cheaper still (the bundled price has reduce from what looks like $53 total to $43 total) and the quota is now 50GB/180GB Thanks for the reply. OTLA was the only option I had in "Change Services" and I've received acknowledgement from Residential Support this morning. ...
