Re: New CAP (Optus) data usage page
It seems that under the Unbilled Charges there is now a summary at the top, with some stuff listed as On-net Mobile Calls and On-Net SMS. I am assuming that these are the Exetel to Exetel Calls and SMS that fall into the Exetel CAP The other great thing is the Data usage and Free Data usage is liste...

Re: Latest software for Huawei E169 for Windows 7 or Mac OS
The advice given to me has solved my problem for the Windows 7 machine but I am still unable to get my Huawei E169 HSPDA modem to work on the MAC OS 10.6.4 machine. The file at this link is not recognised by the MAC - is there some special way of using it for the MAC that I have missed Does anyone o...

Latest software for Huawei E169 for Windows 7 or Mac OS
After calling the Exetel helpdesk this morning to report that I could not get my Huawei E169 HSPDA modem to work on either a Windows 7 or MAC OS 10.6.4, I was given the following instructions (I have never had problems on a Windows XP machine) Please go through the below link in order to download th...

Re: New CAP (Optus) data usage page
It appears that some time in the last week a change was made to the Unbilled Charges information. There are now two sections, one which lists all the phone calls and SMS charges, and a second which lists the data usage in Kb and $ dollars Some people will complain that this information is a couple o...
Re: MOIP
After careful research, I would look at upgrading the N97 (if it is not already) to firmware v20.0.019 and then installing the Native SIP client SIPv 3.0 read http://www.winkstreaming.com/en/n97_sip/ NOTE: I do not own a N97. I have not tried this nor do I endorse the instructions at the above websi...

Re: vice mail number
Also note that you can access voice mail from another phone by dialling 0411 000 321 and then entering your phone number and a PIN which usually by default is the last 4 digits of your phone number.

Re: Off Peak Periods
The problem was that until recently, when making a change to your paln from the Members Facilities, it was not obvious that the new plans had different peak/offpeak times. This issue was discussed in this forum and eventually was rectified so that the peak/offpeak times for the new plans are clearly...

Re: New ADSL2 Plan - Free
The point of my previous posts were that: 1. I can see that change of plans come with the option to either pay $20 or select a new 6/12 month contract (depending on Telstra/Optus tyoe sevice). This option is not obvious unless you actually go into the form by selecting the APPLY button. 2. The Free ...

Re: New ADSL2 Plan - Free
When you go into the actual order form there will be an option to select either $20 fee or new contractbodogbodog wrote: How do I get in on that one - ie not have to pay the $20 plan change fee? - I'm happy to go back on a contract and definitely want to move to the new "free ADSL2" bundle

Re: Change of plan fee
Great idea!
the option shows up inside the change of plan form.
For the Optus ADSL2 plans that I am on, the choice is to sign up for a new 12 month contract, or pay the $20 under the existing contract.

Re: 1x ADSL & 1x HSDPA account does this qualify me for 2 DI
Try this out. Log onto the facilities page using the service number for each account. ie. using the mobile number for the HSPA account and your phone number for the ADSL account. Go into the appropriate order VoIP pages on the members facilities and see what options are available to you. If you see ...

Re: New CAP (Optus) data usage page
Data for calls/sms etc can be found under Billing Details/ Unbilled charges, on the Members Facilities page for the mobile account. This does seem to get updated , albeit up to a week behind at times. The Data information is not available at the moment until you get your invoice, and even then the i...

Exetel Helpdesk Application down?
Is the Exetel Helpdesk Application currently down?
When I select the Helpdesk from the home page it takes me to the Helpdesk Page but there is no login field.
The only thing is the Main Menu with HOME.
