I just signed up to the plan FP-D2 as its advertised as No Limit = Unlimited and yet in the members facilities there is some BS No charge crap, and my usage meter is showing off peak as 86GB.
I think not.
I signed up for an off peak of infinity.
Please fix this asap.

Re: Copyright Infringement Notices
Too true. But at the end of the month, with 3/12GB left of my off peak allowance, why not give it a go. I personally don't see the facination in trying to download as much of your quota as possible. I don't mind having plenty left at the end of the month, I would be more stressed if I went over. I ...

Re: 8mb speed plan
since the removal of the free addons, I'm essentially paying $85 for 90GB data which puts it pretty close to your current model of 100GB for $100 =/

Re: Withdrawal Of Free Included Services On Older Plans
I'd like my 8mbit speed, with my current inclusions and the organicly growing off peak.... Too much to ask for? The cost to Exetel of providing any customer with an 8192 plan with 12 gb of peak downloads is approximately $61.90 excluding support and other overhead charges. So, yes, I think it's too...

Re: Withdrawal Of Free Included Services On Older Plans
I've read through all the posts in this topic, and I still feel a bit unsure, and dissapointed, about this change. I've been with Exetel for a very long time now, and while I can sort of understand the "don't like it, go elsewhere" attitude, in the past it has usually been over very minor changes. ...

Re: Withdrawal Of Free Included Services On Older Plans
So I am on the 8mb/s 30/60gb plan, what can I change to? If Exetel has offered better value in new plans I am failing to see it my case. All I can do is drop speed by 500% or drop downloads by about the same. Either that or just put up and shut up with my current plan and lose $15-$20 potential val...

Re: New ADSL1 Plans
So, my only option is 8Mb/s ADSL1 for the forseeable futured, and I will be extremely unhappy if it gets cancelled. I will admit though, Exetel hasn't touched our plan yet so I'm assuming we can keep it for as long as we want it (which is gonna be until the NBN comes out (without filtering) ie fore...
