Re: New ADSL Plans For July 1st 2009

Users get the option of shaped or excess usage plans and you can set your preference for either option, for each of peak & off-peak independently, every month. However, the shaping is only there to give a 2GB buffer over your relevant quota. After...

Re: Off Peak Quota
Well lets look at it like this:- 1. I received an email from exetel saying that the quota had been changed from 54gb to 60gb, this was in March. 2. I have received no email saying this has been reduced to 54gb. 3. If I hadnt checked my usage page or come onto the forum then there is the possibility...

Re: New ADSL Plans For July 1st 2009
Hello. Is there any chance you could publish a non-binding draft of new plans? I, and I suspect like many existing Exetel members, would be interested in comparing plans currently available within the members area to that which is coming with a view of locking in a plan change before 1st July if a ...

Re: HELP! Fax via email
They have to send it to your DID number you chose at signup.
If they send it to your fax number (the one where your machine is hooked up) it'll work like normal printing out.... (provided a fax is on the line)

Re: Has the Exetel 12am speed issue been addressed?
I wish that the off-peak quota be removed! For every person who wishes the off-peak quota be removed, I suspect there are 10 that wish it to be continued (it is what many people site as their reason for signed up for Exetel in the first place: cheap, high quota internet). And I think that everyone ...

Re: High latency while using Ventrilo and World of Warcraft
what's the fairplay pool? An option users were once upon a time able to choose. It would them in a different pool of users whereby pings/speed for gaming was vastly improved, but in return u were limited to like 700mb of data for the entirety of your offpeak (that night). It seems to have gone astr...
