Re: ExeSMS application for Mobiles
Maybe its Conroy's child-filter already at work? Blocking F's & C's lol Ucking Onroy and his iltering ;-) As for the SMS app, I just tried it on my Windows Mobile 6 phone (under Esmertec Jbed build 20080428.2.1). I get the same death on sending issue others with WinMob get. Pity. The othe...

Re: Weekly notification emails include weird HSPA details.
Can't be counting inbound calls, as I've got over 30. Can't be only counting dialled calls because I've made like 3 (including unanswered calls). Like I said, none of it adds up. The dollar value shown on mine is too low for what I owe, but too high for ex-GST. Adding HSPA data costs it becomes too ...

Re: Weekly notification emails include weird HSPA details.
I got one yesterday and again today with the same amount...
I've not made that many calls or sent that many SMSes (or totalled that between them). And even if I had, the cost should be way higher than $1.93TIM BXXXXXX (110648) - HSPA - 0422088XXX - 20 calls - $1.93

Re: Turn off weekly phone usage email?
I'm all for it to... Just unable to trust it at the moment because the numbers don't make sense. We used to get usage emails way back on our first ISP too. Anyone remember Microplex? Edit: Along with the fact the numbers don't make sense, the title doesn't either: I got one yesterday and o...

Re: Sending SMS
INSTALLATION - The executable file in the zip file runs on your desktop and installs the application using an ActiveSync connection to your Windows Mobile touchphone. Any chance of a cab file only download too? I hate having to use that method... First I need a Windows box, and then I find it leave...

Re: Admin fee increase
Surely an account with combined services amounting to $150/month poses a higher risk to you than a low-end $30/month ADSL1-only account? Not really. Most fees are charged up front, aren't they? And the biggest risks would come from the Telstra charges associated with ADSL, which have to be covered ...

Re: Admin fee increase
Will this account fee be pro-rated for the partial month when a new customer joins? Was it ever for the CC charge? I'd probably expect to see it charged in full or waived in full... Most signups have a connection fee of some sort anyway, don't they? Why are CC payments only going up $1.90, while as...

Re: Admin fee increase
One last thing, now that the fee applies regardless of payment type, when should I switch to credit card payment without incurring the current fee (given my DD is still free till the change) I was wondering that too. Or maybe we should we should be supportive and save exetel a little bit by staying...

Re: Admin fee increase
If this is the case why did the Standalone HSPA (C3 Plan) people get the E-Mail - They must really want to upset all of the user base...... I'm on M1 with voip and have not received the email. I'm on M1 and I did get the email. So, like zaxapod says, another email needs to go out if HSPA customers ...

Re: Admin fee increase
I can't say I'm impressed to have signed up to something that has a base price of $5, only to have it nearly double due to a new admin fee less than a month after getting onto the plan. And all the time and effort it took to get the damn number ported I may now have to go through again! Yep... If I ...

Just a page formatting comment... Q11 (the GPRS one) isn't bolded like the rest.

Re: HSPA FAQ
* Will I still be able to use my account in GPRS only areas (at the slower GPRS speed)?
If the above is yes (which I believe it is):
* I live in a GPRS only area... Can I still sign up?
