Hello, I responded to the query you sent on Friday evening from the supplier asking if the issue happens at other times. Yes the issue does, but it isn't as bad as between 6pm to late evening. Received email asking for further tests to be done. Have done this test and emailed you the results. @slingam just wondering if this was resolved. Could you provide an update?
I am having the same speed issues in Curlewis, Victoria and have not had any help from exetel as yet. (apart from the generic email reply's)

@KavindaS what was the outcome of your issue? was it resolved?
I am currently having the same problem, on the opticomm network and the speed is almost unusable in peak times.

Any plans of adding Hobart DIDs in the near future? The only specific VIC/TAS (03) area outside of Melbourne (039) at this stage is Geelong, with prefixes of 0342 and 0352.
