He called Exetel and they couldn't do anything, I told him he will regret it but there isn't much I can do, it’s his choice and I will just be laughing when he signs himself into a 24 month contract with upload...

The user's modem IP is 192.168.1.254, is that correct? What is the IP of the hop the tracert fails at, for the user? To unblock his service, he may be able to access the members facilities page or call in tomorrow between 8.30 and 5.30, and if someone in the billing area is available, we may be abl...

Oops, I should rephrase that question - is that the IP the affected user accesses the modem at? The connection seems to still be blocked, what happens when the user tracerts to http://www.exetel.com.au, after rebooting the computer? He can access the modem fine, and under WAN that is the IP address...

Hello, My friends Exetel account has been suspended due to a late payment, now he can't even get to the Exetel website at all, all his internet is does is try redirecting to http://blocked.exetel.com.au/secure_pay/index.php or something like that but when it redirects to that page it says unauthoris...
